Hampton Inn & Suites Tempe/Phoenix Airport, Az

Shout out to Karen who is the manager. She’s really personable and willing to accommodate the best she can. I have POTs and was coming in with a crazy toddler and my heart is always beating at like 200bpm and with the heat and everything, it’s just stressful. She hooked me up with the closest room to the lobby and I was so grateful 🥲 it made it easy for me to go back and forth between the car and my baby to carry stuff around. Thank you thank you!

On the scale of Hampton Inn breakfasts this one was quite high. The omelettes and potatoes in particular were excellent, with red and green peppers and plenty of cheese. Bacon and sausage alternated daily, both were great. The King Suite was an excellent size with a very usable desk, and nicely laid out bathroom. The place was clean and well maintained.

Seamless check in-check out. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The male staff member at reception with the long braids especially was so welcoming with such a lovely smile! Amazing buffet breakfast! A huge hit with our two young daughters who are quite particular with their food. Beds are extremely comfortable that even my 1 1/2 year old slept better than in our bed at home! Shuttle bus pick up and drop off is an easy process and very convenient. Be sure to book in advance.

From checkin to checkout, the staff at the front desk (Karen) was warm and friendly. The hotel was unbelievably clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Great job to this wonderful team of dedicated hospitality folks!

We dropped our car off at the airport, took the sky train to terminal 4 and called the hotel. Karen sent a shuttle for us and told us exactly where to go to meet it. We took it again back to the airport in the morning to fly out. Excellent service!
